Meet The Group
Saxophonist
Craig Palmer

A saxophonist with a twist—Craig Palmer doesn’t just play; he builds soundscapes live. With a looper pedal in hand, he layers melodies on the spot, turning each performance into a one-of-a-kind experience. His genre-spanning style flows effortlessly from jazz to reggae, rock to rap, bringing an unfiltered energy to every set. Whether locking in with a guitarist, trading licks with a vocalist, or pushing the vibe of a full band, Craig thrives on collaboration, making every performance an organic, evolving moment.
Originally from East Tennessee, Craig joined the Marine Corps in 2009, serving and performing across the U.S., France, and Canada. He currently serves as the Drum Major for the 1st Marine Division Band at Camp Pendleton, leading with the same passion and precision that fuels his performances.
With over two decades of experience, he’s played alongside bands and artists like Crucial Blend, Indica Roots, Brian Jones Rock n Roll Revival, Eastlake Rhythm Section, Ryan Rubich, Mike Corrado, Rose Colored Glasses, and Ryan Valenzuela—always pushing the boundaries of what a saxophone can do. Whether he’s reimagining a classic hit or crafting an original, his approach is anything but ordinary.
Follow along and catch him in the moment—because no two performances are ever the same.

Live Painter
Krystal Dyer

Recognized more recently as a live painter and an all over creative force who has been bringing visual artwork to live musical performances on stages for over 16 years. Originally from South New Jersey, Krystal built an impressive career as an animator and character designer, working with renowned companies such as Nickelodeon, Lockheed Martin, and Think Up Toy Designs before heading west to San Diego, California.

Her passion for art has always extended beyond the canvas. Krystal has worked as an art educator in unique and impactful settings from teaching art at a juvenile jail to after-school art programs and as a curriculum development specialist which helped better prepare her in her art journey.

What started as live painting gigs alongside musicians turned into something much bigger. As she traveled and painted across the country, Krystal found herself vending her art, hand painted hats and shoes, art prints and more at festivals and events—eventually transforming what was once a side hustle into a full-fledged art business.

Today, Krystal is a vibrant part of San Diego’s music and art scene. She helps host open mic nights for musicians, serves as vendor coordinator for the Same Same But Different Festival in Lake Perris CA, and continues to be a familiar face at music events nationwide.

Having painted live on stage with musicians such as Sandollar, The Resinators, Stick Figure, Goldfinger, Atmosphere, Fortunate Youth, Prof, Megan Hamilton, Saxual Vibrations and thousands of more musicians, Krystal Dyer has become a beloved name in the music community.

Her next big move? Opening her very own art gallery and studio in Ocean Beach, San Diego California in summer 2025. With this new space, Krystal is excited to create a hub for local art, music, and creativity—welcoming all ages to connect, learn, and be inspired.
